As a key member of the senior management team she has significantly contributed to the growth of an international multi million dollar training company both in the US and in Canada. As a certified trainer, Andrée has trained over 500 executives and managers on topics such as Exceptional Management Skills, Presentation Skills, Stress Management, Value Based Priority Management and Foundations of Leadership.

Andrée led a US national sales program resulting in a 40% increase in revenue. Andrée has a Bachelor of Arts Adult Education and she is currently obtaining her Master Coaching Certification at the Integrative Coaching Institute.
